We are sorry, but we DO NOT ACCEPT returns of certain products, including:
1>Any product that is returned more than 7 days after receipt.
2>Any product that has been opened or used (taken out of its plastic wrap or box).
3>Customers have skin allegry after using our products.
4>*Any detective item which is used over 10% of its original size.
5>Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts.
6>Any discount, clearance, sale product and any product gained from Member Easy Fun Reward.
7>Any free gift product, accessory and samples.
8>Any product purchased on our shop but cannot provide original invoice or already exchanged before.
We guarantee that all our products are authentic and at least 1 year before the expiration date. If customer suspects that the
product is defective, we will send the product to manufacturer for inspection. It takes at least 6 weeks. If we confirm the product
is defective, we are pleased to process refund or return.
If customers have skin allegry after using our products and request to exchange. We will only accept exchange if customers can
provide medical report or evidance, however, we will not take any responsibility of any problem or expenses incurred.
We regret that we do not refund original shipping and handling fees (if applicable) with the return. We can only exchange products. And if your order was placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, no exchange will be approved.
All matters regarding to the return policy, we remain the right of final approval and decisions.
